EN 10213-4 Grade GX5CrNiMo19-11-2 solution heat-treated and quenched introduction
Material GX5CrNiMo19-11-2 is equivalent to trademark G-X6 CrNiMo 18 10 acc. to DIN 17445-84. This material is used for fittings, pumps, agitators, filters and tanks in chemical industry, textile, viscose and cellulose industry. It is weldable without preheating. It is unsuitable for corrosion application where smaller welds would basically require a heat treatment.
