EN 10025-4 Grade S355ML thermomechanically rolled introduction

S355ML is a weldable fine-grained steel with a min. yield point of 355 N/mm². The steel is applicated in thermo mechanical rolled condition for several types of welded constructions such as fixed and movable storage container, high-pressure pipes, bridge and load-bearing constructions.
Subsequent heating above 580°C for thermo mechanical rolled products causes reduction of the strength properties.
Application limit: at -50°C is warranted a notch impact energy of 27J (longitudinal test specimen).
