EN 10213-4 Grade GX5CrNiNb19-11 solution heat-treated and quenched
EN 10213-4 Grade GX5CrNiNb19-11 solution heat-treated and quenched introduction
Material GX5CrNiNb19-11 is equivalent to trademark G-X 5 CrNiNb 18 9 acc. to DIN17445-84. The material is used for cast parts, pressure vessels as well as in food, film, photo, color, soap, paper, textile and nitric acid industry, in explosive and viscose industry. GX5CrNiNb19-11 is ic-resistant and weldable without preheating and heat after treatment. A special stabilization annealing in a range from 600 to 650 °C is accordable in order to improve the corrosion resistance.
Equivalent material: BS 347C17, JIS SCS21, JUS CL4572, MSZ AöX12CrNiNb18-9, DIN G-X5CrNiNb18-9, DIN 1.4552, DIN G-X7CrNiNb18-9, DIN GX5CrNiNb19-11, AFNOR Z4CNNb19-10M, EN 1.4552, ASTM Grade CPF8C (Ta max)
