EN 10277-5 Grade C60E cold drawn and quenched and tempered (+C+QT)
EN 10277-5 Grade C60E cold drawn and quenched and tempered (+C+QT) introduction
Steel C60E is suitable for larger parts (heavy forged parts) of high load in vehicle, engine and machine engineering. Surface hardenable (e.g. crankshafts, bolts, transmission parts). Lowest application temperature -25°C.
As a bright steel product it is used in the form of bars, bright, straight, in various conditions (see DIN EN 10277 : 1999-10).
Equivalent material: NBN C60-2, GB 60, BS 070M60, ISO C60E4, UNI C60, JIS S58C, DIN Ck60, GB U20602, JIS S60CM, ASTM A108 Grade 1060, SAE 1060, SAE Grade 1060, UNS G10600, DIN 1.1221, DIN C60E, AFNOR XC60, AFNOR C60RR, AFNOR 9160C031, AFNOR 9160/C25, AFNOR XC65, AFNOR C60E, BS 060A62, BS CS60, BS C60E, BS 60HS, BS 60CS, SS 1678, AISI 1060, 1064, JIS S65CM, JIS S60C-CSP, JIS S65C-CSP, JIS S65C, JIS 30A, JIS 37A, EN C60S, EN 1.1221, ISO C60E, ISO CS60, ISO S58C, GOST 60, GOST 60G, GOST 60GA, GB/T 60, GB/T CRB970, GB/T U20602, ASTM 1060, UNS G10640
