EN 10095 Grade X9CrNiSiNCe21-11-2 solution annealed (+AT)
EN 10095 Grade X9CrNiSiNCe21-11-2 solution annealed (+AT) introduction
Fully austenitic steel of high scaling temp. of 1150°C in air (highest application temp. in air), warranted scaling resistance for wide and fast thermal fluctuation, but no resistance in reducing athmosphere. Excellent creep behaviour and high deformation resistance. Application for furnace components, hood annealing and muffle furnaces, lifting bar furnaces, sealing sheets, radiator tubes, charging cages, insert boxes, recuperators as well as for combustion nozzles and for strongly loaded components of waste gas detoxification facilities.
Equivalent material: ISO X7CrNiSiNCe21-11, ASTM A240UNSS30815, ASTM A479UNSS30815, UNS S30815, DIN 1.4835, DIN X10CrNiSiN21-11, DIN X9CrNiSiNCe21-11-2, AISI 253MA, SAE 253MA, EN 1.4835, ASTM F45
