EN 10088-1 Grade X39CrMo17-1 quenched and tempered (+QT750)
EN 10088-1 Grade X39CrMo17-1 quenched and tempered (+QT750) introduction
Material X39CrMo17-1 is comparable to X 35 CrMo 17 acc. to SEW 400 : 1991-02. It is a heat treatable Cr-steel with increased corrosion resistance, largely resistant to many organic and inorganic acids, relatively resistant to seawater. Excellent operating characateristics and wear resistance. Application for pump shafts, spindles, axles, fittings, beater bars. Improved resistance to crevice corrosion, increased thermal resistance up to 600 °C. The steel is mirror finishable. Different heat treatment grades have to be chosen for parts sliding on each other.
Application temperature -40 to 550 °C (for the comparable DIN-material)
No forming is designated.
Equivalent material: ISO X39CrMo17-1, UNI X35CrMo17, STAS 35MoCr165, DIN X39CrMo17-1, ISO 4122-434-09-I, ISO MM18R, DIN X35CrMo17, DIN 1.4122, DIN X 35 CrMo 17, DIN G-X35CrMo17, AFNOR Z38CD16-01, EN 1.4122
