SEW 555 Grade 28CrMoNiV4-9 quenched and tempered (+QT) introduction
The high temperature alloy steel 28CrMoNiV4-9 is used for larger preshaped components in the quenched and tempered condition in turbine and generator installations, in particular as shafts and discs.
The steel is weldable if the relevant measures required are observed.
