SEW 555 Grade 23CrNiMo7-4-7 quenched and tempered (+QT) introduction
The high temperature alloy steel 23CrNiMo7-4-7 is used for larger preshaped components in the quenched and tempered condition in turbine and generator installations, in particular as shafts and discs.
The steel is weldable if the relevant measures required are observed.
