Steel 36CrNiMo4 is applicable for high loaded parts of high heat-treatment cross sections and favorable toughness in aircraft, heavy vehicle and machine engineering (e.g. propeller shafts, connecting rods, transmission shafts). Additionally large forged parts (e.g. rotors, shafts, disks).
