EN 10277-3 Grade 44SMn28 quenched and tempered and cold drawn (+QT+C)
EN 10277-3 Grade 44SMn28 quenched and tempered and cold drawn (+QT+C) introduction
The free cutting case hardening steel 44SMn28 is well machinable and used for production of turned parts of higher strength demands. As a bright steel product it is used in the form of bars, bright, straight, in various conditions (see DIN EN 10277 : 1999-10).
Equivalent material: AS 1144, ISO 44SMn28, ASTM A108 Grade 1144, SAE 1144, UNS G11440, DIN 1.0762, DIN 44SMn28, DIN ETG 88, DIN ETG 100, AFNOR 44SMn28, BS 44SMn28, BS 226M44, AISI 1144, JIS SUM43, JIS 44SMn28, EN 1.0762, GOST A40G, GB/T L20459, GB/T Y45Mn, ASTM Grade 1144, ASTM 1144
