EN 10270-2 Grade VDSiCr oil quenched and tempered

EN 10270-2 Grade VDSiCr oil quenched and tempered introduction

The round, oil hardened and tempered alloy steel wire VDSiCr with high fatigue strength and high tensile strength is used mainly for torsion loaded springs (tension and compression springs) up to 100 °C.
It will be delivered in rings, in coils or as bars and, if not otherwise arranged, thin oiled.

Equivalent material: IS VDSiCr, ISO VDSiCr, JIS SWOSC-V, DIN VD SiCr, AFNOR VDSiCr, BS VDSiCr
