EN 10270-2 Grade VDCrV oil quenched and tempered
EN 10270-2 Grade VDCrV oil quenched and tempered introduction
The round, oil hardened and tempered alloy steel wire VDCrV with high fatigue strength and medium tensile strength is used mainly for torsion loaded springs (tension and compression springs) up to 80 °C.
It will be delivered in rings, in coils or as bars and, if not otherwise arranged, thin oiled.
Equivalent material: IS VDCrV-B, ISO VDCrV, DIN VD CrV, AFNOR VDCrV, BS VDCrV
