EN 10265 Grade 250-100-TF 183 introduction

Cold rolled pole sheet grade is classified according to its yield strength (EN 10265:1995). As well as guaranteed mechanical properties, it has guaranteed magnetic properties, but unlike other electrical steel grades, its magnetic properties are determined under direct current (DC) conditions. Full magnetic characterisation curves in DC and also at various frequencies are available on request.

High yield strength values allow this grade to withstand strong electromechanical forces. As well as excellent DC magnetic properties significantly superior to the requirements of the standard, this grade perform well on loss and induction levels at 50 Hz, thanks to a special chemical composition.
