DIN 17465 Grade G-CoCr28 cast condition
DIN 17465 Grade G-CoCr28 cast condition introduction
According to DIN EN 10295 : 2003-01, the highest temperature in air is 1200 °C for the material G-CoCr28, material number 2.4778 . For cyclic heatings, the highest temperature in air is 1100 °C. The following is valid for the comparable austenitic DIN-material: The heat-resistant cast material G-CoCr28 is also produced as the wrought material CoCr28 (material number 2.4778 as well). It is applied in the construction of industrial furnaces at up to 1100 °C. Its weldability is good, a preheating is not necessary.
