Properties:
- hardenable steel with high hardness and high wear resistance
- in hardened state resistant to water and steam, higher resistance than 1.4034 and 1.4110
- in annealed or high tempered state, corrosion resitance is not sufficient
Application:
- for every kind of cutting tools
- especially for fractional hardened cutting tools, for bearings, wear resistant constructions
- for control and pump elements
