DIN 17440 Grade X2CrNiMo18-16-4 quenched (+Q)
DIN 17440 Grade X2CrNiMo18-16-4 quenched (+Q) introduction
Properties:
- due to the high molybdenum content (over 3%), steel possesses very good resistance to not-oxidizing and halogen containing media
- high polishable and able for cold forming
Application:
- in the chemical apparatus engineering, particularly in the pulp industry, the textile and rayon industry
- in the building of tankers, is certified for construction of pressure tanks
Equivalent material: AFNOR Z2CND19-15, BS 317S12, ISO 24, UNI X2CrNiMo18-16, JIS SUS317L, ÖNORM X2CrNiMo18-16-4KW, SS 2367, ASTM 317L, DIN X2CrNiMo18-15-4, DIN 1.4438, AFNOR Z3CND19-15-04, UNI X2CrNiMo1816, UNE F.3539, AISI 317L, AISI TP 317L, SAE 317L, SAE TP 317L, JIS SUS317LTP, JIS SUS317LTPY, JIS SUS317LTB, JIS SUS317LFB, JIS SUSF317L, EN X2CrNiMo18-15-4, EN 1.4438, UNS S31703, UNS S31700
