DIN 17230 Grade 43CrMo4 quenched and tempered (+QT) introduction
43 CrMo 4 is an anti-friction bearing steel that can be refined and induction hardened. In the Jominy test it reaches surface hardnesses of approximately 61 HRC. It is used for discs and anti-friction bearing parts of larger dimensions.
