DIN 1651 Grade 60S20 cold drawn
DIN 1651 Grade 60S20 cold drawn introduction
The fully killed machining steel 60 S 20 is used for mass parts of highest strength, especially for lower toughness demands cross-sectional. It has advantages regarding a higher cutting speed.
Application in the automotive engineering, toolbuilding, apparatus engineering (screws, nuts, smal parts).
Equivalent material: VSM 60S20, SAE 1151, DIN 1.0728, DIN 60 S 22, AFNOR 60 S 22, EN 60S20, EN 1.0728
